Council tax forms and discounts
Below is a
list of our council tax forms. You can use these to tell us if you
are a new occupier, if you need to apply for tax discounts or
relief, or to set up a direct debit to pay your bill.

Printable forms
To use these forms, print them out, complete and sign them and then
return to the address on the form. The forms cannot be completed
online as a signature is required.
