Centre offers the very best start for new businesses, with

Facilities
Over 4,300 square metres of hi-tech office space, houses high
quality incubator units, conference, training and meeting room
facilities, which are equipped with state of the art audio/visual
technology. In-house business support is provided by our Economic
Development Unit with additional support from the Small Business
Service. Virtual office facilites are now available at the
Centre.
The Centre provides businesses with:

basis, with more flexible leases available for new start up
businesses (subject to status). New start up businesses may also
benefit from financial assistance in the form of a grant, which
could reduce rent payable during the first 12 months of
