How to apply
This section aims to provide comprehensive details on each type
of licence or permission required by the Gambling Act 2005. Please
use the following links to download the relevant application
form.
These forms must be returned to this Council if your premises is
located within the West Lancashire Borough. The appropriate fee
must also be submitted.
You will also find the forms to be used to give notice of your
application to Responsible Authorities and to the public. You must
give notice to the public outside the premises and in a local
newspaper. Please consult the regulations for further
details.
You are advised to obtain suitable professional legal advice
concerning any application to be made under the Gambling Act
2005.
