information on application process.
You should read the following guides for all applications:
> Fire Service Guide
> Police Service Guide
> Police requirements for
applications
The Council can draw from a Pool of Standard
Conditions when required to attach conditions to licences
during a hearing. You may wish to make reference to any of these
specific conditions in your application.
There are also specific guides for each type of premises, which
provides more detailed information about:
> protection of children
> late night
refreshment
> off licences
> personal licences
> premises
licences and club premises certificates
> pubs and night clubs
> registered clubs
> restaurants
> temporary event notices
> theatres and
cinemas
We have also produced a guide for interested parties (residents or
businesses - including their representatives - located within the
'vicinity' of the licensed premises) when making either a
representation
against an application or when applying for review of any
existing licence or certificate.
