Schedule of Fees
The following fees were set by the Government on 21 January
2005. Please note that fees cannot be changed by the Council.
Fee bands
All premises are banded in to five categories, depending upon the
non-domestic rateable value (business rates) of the premises:
- A = £0-£4,300
- B = £4,301-£33,000
- C = £33,001-£87,000
- D = £87,000-125,000
- E = £125,001 and over
The fees relating to application for premises licences, club
premises certificates, variations etc are graduated in these five
bands.
Charges per band
The fee for a new, or variation to a, Premises Licence or Club
Premises Certificate is as follows:
- A = £100
- B = £190
- C = £315
- D = £450
- E = £635
There will also be an annual charge payable to those holding
Premises Licences and Club Premises Certificates, as follows:
- A = £70
- B = £180
- C = £295
- D = £320
- E = £350
Personal licences
- Grant / renewal a personal licence = £37.00
- Theft, loss of personal licence = £10.50
- Change of name or address = £10.50
Other Fees
Premises
- Theft, loss etc of Premises Licence or summary = £10.50
- Provisional Statement = £315.00
- Change of name or address (Premises Licence holder) =

- Variation of DPS = £23.00
- Transfer of Premises Licence = £23.00
- Interim Authority = £23.00
Clubs

- Change of name or alteration of club rules = £10.50

Temporary Event Notice (TENs)
- TEN = £21.00
- Theft, loss of TEN = £10.50
Freeholder / Leaseholder
