We are required to maintain public registers
containing information about all permitted installation within the
West Lancashire borough.
The following registers are available for public viewing:
- Animal welfare licences
- Food premises registration
- Approved food premises
- Street trading
- Markets
- Licensing Act 2003 permissions
- Charitable collections
- Skin piercing
- Second hand goods dealers
- Caravan sites
- Motor salvage operators
- Homes in Multiple Occupancy
- Environmental permits
- Cooling towers
Each register can be viewed at 52 Derby
Street, Ormskirk, L39 2DF, during normal office hours
(9.00am - 4.30pm) by appointment. Please note that a
