Chapel Gallery has re-opened its doors following an
impressive
£80,000 makeover.
Work started in January and has included extending the
popular café, improving facilities and access to the gallery, along
with installing special bespoke lighting features.

Chapel Gallery.
History
The Chapel Gallery is the first public art gallery in the area
and opened in 2001 as a result of a successful lottery application.
The Gallery has a large exhibition space and is host to a lively
exhibition programme of high quality artwork.
Opening times
The Gallery is open Tuesday to Saturday, 10.00am-4.30pm and is
closed Sundays and Mondays.
Prices
Admission is free for all visitors.
Groups larger than ten should contact the Gallery staff.
How to find us
Chapel Gallery is situated in Ormskirk town centre on St Helens
Road, about 100 yards from Ormskirk bus station and a town centre
car park. It's about 10 minutes walk from Ormskirk railway
station.
Disabled access
The Gallery is located on the ground floor and is fully accessible
to disabled visitors. The main entrance doors are operated
automatically, and disabled toilets are provided within the
Gallery.
