Charges for information about Planning and Building Controls

Planning application charges
· Decision notices: £10.00 each, plus vat
· Copies of documents (A4): £0.50 per sheet up, to a maximum of £5.00 for up to 25 sheets (50 sides of text) - the charging system repeats itself for each additional 25 sheets
· Copies of plans (A3/A4): £0.50 per sheet up, to a maximum of £5.00 for up to 25 sheets (50 sides of text) - the charging system repeats itself for each additional 25 sheets
· Copies of plans (A2/A1/A0): £2.00 per copy, up to 5 plans and £1.50 for each additional copy thereafter

Building regulation applications
· Decision notices: £10.00 each, plus vat
· Completion notices: £10.00 each, plus vat

Planning and building regulation information
· Research and compilation of planning and building regulation records, responding to questions and provision of related information: £30.00 per hour, plus vat for each site location. A 20% discount may apply relating to the provision of building regulation information.
· Requests for further information after initial response to the above: £30.00 per hour, plus vat for each site location

From time to time the Council revises the prices it charges for these publications. Therefore, please check before you order a specific publication. Please note that the price (£) is subject to a 50% discount for West Lancashire residents -proof of residence required.
