Online forms prize draw terms and
conditions
By entering the prize draw you are agreeing that your details
can be used for the purpose of the draw. We will not keep, sell or
share your contact details with any other organisation.
Entry is free - valid forms of entry include completion of
online form, completion of online payment, and/or completion of
online consultation via the West Lancashire District Council
website – westlancsdc.gov.uk.
Draws are held four times a year, the closing dates for the
draws are 30 June, 30 September, 31 December, 31 March.
The prize is £100 of vouchers. No cash alternative will be
given.
The winner will be drawn at random.
The winner will be notified within one month of draw taking
place.
The winner’s name will be posted on the website within one month
of the draw taking place.
The winner’s name may be used in related publicity.
