Chairman's charity Christmas raffle
Buy a raffle ticket for the Chairman's charities this December and
you might win a host of goodies in time for Christmas.
With a first prize of £250 worth of high street vouchers, a
scrumptious second prize of a large Christmas food hamper, and
third prize of a festive drinks hamper - it's a Christmas cracker
of a prize draw.
Cllr William Cropper, Chairman of the District Council, said: "It's
the season of giving and I really hope that people will support my
chosen charities - the Scouts and Girl Guides - by buying a raffle
ticket. On top of these excellent prizes there are also a number of
mystery runner up prizes, so there are lots of chances to
win.
"The prize draw will take place on 20 December, which means that
the lucky winners will receive their fantastic prizes in time to
ensure they have an extra special Christmas."
Ticket are just 20p each or £1 for a book of 5, with all proceed
going to the Chairman's Charities, and can be purchased by calling
the Chairman's PA, Ann England, on 01695 585033 or by popping into
the Civic Reception at the Council Offices, 52 Derby Street,
Ormskirk.
