Become a member of the Chapel Gallery
If you love art and appreciate creativity then why not become a
member of the Chapel Gallery.
Situated in Ormskirk town centre, the gallery is a hub of
activity and provides an all-year-round exhibition programme of
inspiring artworks, national touring shows, hosts a variety of
events, holiday activities, a Saturday Art Club for youngsters and
a family-friendly programme.
The gallery is such a popular tourist attraction for residents
and visitors that it has set up its own ‘Members Scheme’.
Members enjoy benefits such as free and unlimited entry to the
gallery, invitations to previews and other special events, the
option to join members’ outings to art exhibitions and places of
artistic or architectural interest at group rates plus special
discounts in the contemporary craft shop. The annual membership
subscription is £5.00 for an individual or £8.00 for a two-person
membership.
Cllr Geoff Hammond, Portfolio Holder for Community Services,
said:"This is a fantastic opportunity for anybody who is interested
in the world of art to join. The great advantage about becoming a
member of the gallery is that you get to hear about all the latest
up comings events first and enjoy other unique benefits that this
membership offers. It’s also nice to make friends with people who
have similar interests - so don’t miss this opportunity to
join."
