Show you care this Valentine’s Day and share at Chapel
Gallery
As it approaches the most romantic day of the year, why not show
your loved one your caring, sharing side at Chapel Gallery!
To celebrate Valentine’s Day the team are launching a brand new
‘It’s Good to Share’ promotion at the popular café at the arts
centre, based on two people dining.
The gallery, off St Helens Road, Ormskirk, has put together a
delicious menu that friends, couples or families can delve into
together at great prices!
The offer will continue throughout February, so it’s a good way
to beat the ‘credit crunch’ as there are some savings to be made by
sharing!
Don’t forget to check out the lovely valentine’s gifts and
handmade cards in the contemporary craft shop too.
Remember, entrance to the gallery is free so while visiting you
can also take a look at the ‘Fairytale of Burscough Bridge’
exhibition, which shows the award-winning transformation of the
West Lancashire village through the eyes of the architects and
designers. Alongside this exhibition is New Creators - the
Lancashire Art & Craft Initiative’s showcase of some of the
most exciting contemporary craft graduates living or working in
Lancashire.
Cllr Geoff Hammond, Portfolio Holder for Community Services,
said: "People are feeling the pinch of the credit crunch so this
promotion is a great way to enjoy the company of a loved one and
delicious food in a warm, friendly environment - and save money.
You can make a day of it by spending time looking at the
exhibitions and finding unusual trinkets in the shop on site
too."
The public can visit the Gallery, off St Helens Road, anytime
from 10am to 4.30pm, Tuesday to Saturday. The café is open from
10am to 4pm. Entrance is free. For more details please contact the
Gallery on 01695 571328, or email chapelgallery@westlancsdc.gov.uk.
