Council Chamber, Council Offices

The Mayor & Mayoress will host a Debate for pupils from Aughton Town Green Primary School at the commencement of Local Democracy Week

 

Monday 12 October, 12.15  p.m.

Church House, Park Road, Ormskirk

The Mayor & Mayoress will join Rev Chris Jones of the Ormskirk Parish Church for the Launch of the “Soup Stop” project, a new initiative where local people, including young families, can meet

 

Monday 12 October, 2.00 p.m.

Council Chamber, Council Offices

The Mayor & Mayoress will host a debate for pupils from Up Holland High School at the commencement of Local Democracy Week

 

Monday 12 October, 7.00 p.m.

The Spice Room, Blackburn Road, Rising Bridge, Haslingden

The Mayor & Mayoress will attend a Charity event hosted by the Mayor of Rossendale

 

Tuesday 13 October, 7.00 p.m.

Chapel Gallery, Ormskirk

The Mayor & Mayoress will attend the West Lancashire Design Awards

 

Thursday 15 October, 3.30 p.m.

Unit 9, Greenhey Place, East Gillibrands, Skelmersdale

The Mayor & Mayoress will attend and officially open an Open Evening organised by SB Training to launch a new  Recruitment Agency based in Skelmersdale

 

Friday 16 October, 7.30 p.m.

Lecture Theatre, Faculty of Health, Edge Hill University

The Mayor & Mayoress will host a Concert, given by the Aughton Male Voice Choir and Churchdown Male Voice Choir from Gloucestershire, the proceeds of which will go towards the Mayoress’s Charities – West Lancs Parkinson’s Disease Society and Mencap West Lancs

 

Saturday 17 October, 9.45 a.m.

Ormskirk Magistrates’ Court, Derby Street

The Mayor & Mayoress will attend the Court’s Open Day

 

Saturday 17 October, 2.30 p.m.

Hillock Close Sheltered Accommodation

The Mayor & Mayoress will attend the 100th birthday celebrations of Gladys Hankin

 

Saturday 17 October, 8.00 p.m.

Scarisbrick Village Hall

The Mayor & Mayoress will attend a social evening organised by the West Lancs Footpath Group as part of a Twinning Exchange with Cergy Pontoise

 

Sunday 18 October, 10.00 a.m.

Liverpool Anglican Cathedral

The Mayor & Mayoress will attend the Judges’ Annual Cathedral Service
