What the team does
The Rent Recovery and Money Advice Team manages tenants rent
accounts and deals with arrears and other rent issues.
We try to minimise arrears in a sensitive but effective way with
the emphasis on personal contact with our tenants. If you are
having difficulty paying your rent, please contact your Housing
Officer as soon as possible for advice. We can usually agree a
satisfactory payment arrangement with you. Tel: 01695

Our specialist Money Advisors can provide confidential advice
and counselling to tenants on budgeting, managing debts
and claiming welfare benefits. You can receive advice at home or at
the Customer Service Point by appointment.
