conditions
- Carries out planned inspections of houses in multiple
occupation such as bedsits and shared student houses to check
standards of safety and good management
- Operates an accreditation scheme to encourage good quality
private rented houses
- Inspects and licences caravan sites to ensure good standards of
Health and Safety on site
- Deals with unauthorised gypsy and traveller encampments
- Provides information and advice to residents on home
energy efficiency through promotion campaigns, surveys and energy
advice reports
