Your rent is used in the following ways:
- To repair your home when things go wrong or are worn out
- To manage the housing service - running the housing offices,
ordering repairs etc
- To help pay back the money we originally borrowed to build
homes and to modernise older ones
- To pay for major repair work such as re-roofing, or replacing
window frames
