Buying your home

You may have the right to buy your present rented home if, for at least 2 years, you have been a secure tenant of a Local Authority, or of a Non Charitable Housing Association or have been provided accommodation by the armed forces.

 

You may not have the right to buy your home if your home is being used as temporary accommodation or is designed to be suitable for the elderly or disabled or is owned by a charitable organisation.
