Summer music programme
On Saturday afternoons during the summer months, local
bands can use the bandstand as a platform to raise their
profile by entertaining the crowds of people using the
park.
Sunday afternoons have a more tranquil feel with brass bands
from all over Lancashire coming to perform in the
park.
