Liverpool 08: European Capital of Culture
This year Liverpool
has been crowned the European Capital of Culture.
West Lancashire District Council is working closely with the
Liverpool Culture Company, Lancashire and Blackpool Tourist Board
and the West Lancashire Tourism Network to maximise the benefits
the celebrations will bring to our district.
