and related information. The forms can then be completed and
submitted by post.
Alternatively, you can now make an application online through
the Planning Portal site.
From the 10th August 2006 Design and Access Statements are required
for all planning applications except householder, changes of use
and engineering and mining operations. For more information, click

To find the cost of your application, a Fee schedule is available
to download. You can also use the
fees calculator and the
volume calculator available through the Planning Portal to
assist you. Applications for household developments cost
£150.
