Inspector's Report for Replacement Local Plan
The Council received the Inspector's Report from the Public Inquiry into the Replacement West Lancashire Local Plan in May 2006. The report gives details of the Inspector's reasoning and judgement in relation to every outstanding objection made to the Replacement Local Plan. This report is binding on the Council; in other words all of the Inspector's recommended changes have been made to the Plan.

If required, you can buy a paper copy of the report for £10 for residents, £20 for non-residents - or a CD-ROM copy for £2 for residents, £4 for non-residents. These prices include postage and packing.
