The Council is required to publicise applications for
(a) major development;
(b) development within or affecting a Conservation Area;
(c) development affecting a Listed Building;
(d) development not accordance with the provisions of the
development plan;
(e) development affecting a right of way to which Part III
of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (Public Rights of Way)
applies;
(f) development which is the subject of an E.A. Schedule 1 or 2
application accompanied by an Environmental Statement.

published in the local press every Wednesday.
